Thank you for visiting my class page! My name is Rhonda Philbin and I am thrilled to have your wonderful children in my class! After years of being in outside sales for music licensing and music production, I decided to go back to school in 2006 and get my Master's in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. I received my undergraduate from Western Kentucky in Bowling Green, Ky. I guess you could say I had one of those "ah-ha" moments before going back for my Master's and getting my certification. I always knew one day I would teach, I just was unsure of when I would teach. I am so glad I did because I can truly write I love what I do! Currently I am in the Doctoral program at Lipscomb University in Nashville and projected to finish in 2014. Getting my doctorate has also been a dream of mine. My goal is to give your children the best education possible.
I have been married for almost 14 years to Brian Philbin. I am also a mother to our three wonderful children, 11-year old twin girls, Brianna and Karli, and a 4-year old boy, Jack. We also are proud parents of a beautiful Golden Retriever, Angel, a handsome Cocker Spaniel, Buster, and the latest edition is a Bearded Dragon named Mojo! I am very blessed!
